Returns And Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product is found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt.

Only items purchased directly from www.xfeetabove.com will be accepted by us. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

Returns made without a receipt may be refused. XFA reserves the right to deny any return.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

Order number.
Proof of purchase.
Complete delivery address.
Contact telephone number.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Be aware the refund doesn’t include any shipping costs.

CANCELLATION

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder. You may also opt for store credit to be added to your account against the returned order, which you can use to shop online, within the duration of validity of the store credit.
