Returns And Exchanges

We have a 7-day free return policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product is found to be defective.

You can place a return request directly from the tracking page in your email, or write to us within 7 days from the date of receiving the product to the below email address. 

We will pick up the product from your registered address and issue you a full refund after receiving the product back at our registered warehouse.

We do not accept returns /exchanges for products that are customized.

Please note that the product will need to be returned in its original packaging. The logistics team will inspect the piece upon receiving it and if it is found that the product is damaged because of not adhering to the terms mentioned above, the refund will not be considered and the product will be shipped back to you as is.

The product cannot be used in this timeframe and then returned back to us. Refunds will not be entertained in such cases. 

Only items purchased directly from will be accepted by us. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.


In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.



For Cash on Delivery orders: Please give us your bank details. We take 10-12 business days to process COD refunds. 

For Online Payment Orders: We take 7 business days to process refunds directly to the registered bank account linked to your purchase on our website.

For customized orders: No refunds or exchanges will be entertained. 



After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellations on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
