Returns And Exchanges

Our products are designed and handcrafted keeping you in mind and it's important to us that you have a great product experience.

Every product goes through a detailed quality check before being shipped and we encourage our clients to go through all product specifications online and clarify any doubts they may have before placing an order.

There, however, could be some instances where the product has slipped through the check and there are workmanship flaws. In such cases, we offer a free replacement but no cash refunds. Please drop us an email at info@xfeetabove.com with a reference of your order number and an image or a video of the faulty product, so we could check at our end and do the needful.

Please note that the product will need to be returned in its original packaging.

Only items purchased directly from www.xfeetabove.com will be accepted by us. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

Exchanges

We do not hold inventories and we only start making a product once we get your order. This is our little effort to minimize wastage of resources and we thank you for supporting that.

We therefore do not offer exchanges at this point. We would however urge you to go through the details of the materials used and the product specifications before ordering, to ensure you get only what you want.   

Cancellation

After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellations on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
