RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, after a product has been sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We only replace a product if there is a manufacturing defect or it has been hampered or damaged while transportation. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours with a valid proof, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The product must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days, or else we will not be liable to accept the product. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. We will only bear the expenses of the courier after the repair or replacement of the product.
We recommend that you send your return package as a track and trace delivery. This way we avoid any doubt that the package has been received at our warehouse. The product must be in the same condition, as when you received the product.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Be aware the refund doesn’t include any shipping costs.
After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of same or higher value by paying the remainder. You may also opt for store credit to be added to your account against the returned order, which you can use to shop online, within the duration of validity of the store credit.
